We honestly believe that it's a unique privilege to have the experience of constructing this outstanding and breathtaking project consisted of 3 blocks located in Ikitelli OSB industrial facility. Block A and B are planing to serve as industrial type of stores and Block C is planning to be a complex multifunctional facility including a luxury hotel, shopping center and social center. What makes this project is challenging that story height is 7 metres which allows 18-wheel-truck to reach all 8 reinforced concrete storeys even that occurs a movable load of 2 ton/m². The whole project has 300.000 m² coveread area and is planning to be completed by 2017.
